What still exists at the airport
Queen Alia has an official taxi desk. Taxi or a private transfer separates that desk from a pre-arranged car. Where to meet stays empty until a reply names a point.

While you are still in the air
Check that the draft actually left your WhatsApp, not only that the form opened it. A message sitting in the app unsent is not a request. If it was sent and the thread is quiet, you still have no car.
On landing, the taxi desk is the separate option the airport runs. This website is not that desk and cannot see whether you used it. Do not tell the people you are meeting that a driver from this site is outside unless the reply said so.
